In the city center of Leipzig, close to the Johanna Park, you will find our QUARTIER M. Whether you are interested in arts, culture, shopping or cuisine - you will find anything a lively, multifaceted city like Leipzig has to offer nearby the QUARTIER M. Widespread parks extend beyond the riverside forest Auenwald up to Leipzig's lake district Neuseenland (former opencast mining area) in the south of the city.

Living in the city center means you have optimum access to Leipzig's public transport facilities, the exhibition center Neue Messe and the Leipzig/Halle Airport. Closest stops of public transport: Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz and Neues Rathaus, tram number: 2, 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Prices are valid as of 01.01.2024 and may vary at holidays, trade fair times and other seasonal highlights of the city of Leipzig.

All prices include standard service package per night and apartment based on 1 person occupancy.

For each additional person we charge a surcharge of € 20, from 7 nights € 10, from 28 nights € 5.

Children and teenagers up to 17 years receive a 50% discount on the surcharges.

The standard time for your check-in is from 2 pm - check-out until 10 am. Different times can be agreed individually.

We charge a temporary energy flat rate of 1.50 EUR per person per night
and from October to April a heating surcharge of € 1.50 per apartment per night.

Parking in the public parking garage Petersbogen: Monthly ticket € 195.
